Kate Rouze is an executive coach and group facilitator. Her passion and training focus on personal and team development of emotional intelligence and mind-body awareness.

She has trained closely with Gay & Katie Hendricks of The Hendricks Institute and is a certified Big Leap Coach. In addition, she has worked extensively with some of the country’s top transformational coaches, including Jim Dethmer & Diana Chapman of Conscious Leadership Group, Byron Katie, Hale Dwoskin, Sheila Kelly, David Daniels, and Michaela Boehm.

For the last several years, Kate ran a thriving ‘creative advisory’ practice, working as a ghostwriter, developmental editor, and creative collaborator assisting individuals and organizations to launch their creative projects into the world. She’s written and edited numerous books, longform articles, and marketing pieces in the domains of personal development, organizational development, leadership, marketing, psychology, and education.

Kate is also the co-founder of Wild Hot Radiant, a school for women interested in tapping into their feminine flow.

In what feels like a previous life, Kate worked in finance having launched her corporate career at a small hedge fund in Newport Beach, CA. 

Kate was born and raised in Los Angeles. She received a BA in French from Scripps College, and studied at both the American University Center Provence in Marseille, France, and the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.

Kate lives in Mill Valley, CA with her husband.
